When it comes to anxiety recovery, the beliefs that once served us can hold us back:

-If I feel something physical, that means something is wrong
-If I think something that makes me a bad person
-If I feel I’ll lose control, I’m confident I will.

Part of the anxiety journey that’s so difficult is losing the confidence in yourself and your feelings. As you recover, you’ll eventually be able to trust your thoughts, feelings, and intuition. But for now, it’s anxiety 🙂
